I know, bad reviews normally reflect the frustration for bad service, but believe me you should rad them. First the goods: Close to beach. Now the bads: Rooms are soooo small. you can't fit in there more than 2 checked size bags + carry-on. Now imagine that you want a 3 people room, you get it! same room with a dirty-stained-old-attic stored mattress on the floor; yes in the area where you were planning to leave your bags, so forget about bags. I have to admit that this seems to be the standard in India, except for the state of the additional mattress. Of course I tried to talk to the manager and I got a person hiding behind the counter, with ZERO intention to help. I left the place with no hesitation and went to a real hotel, more expensive, yes, but a decent place. A couple more notes: The street where it is located made me feel in danger, as I never felt in my entire 20 days in India. And I visited several cities. Smell to naphthalene/creoline is so strong. Stairs are blocked by supplies, trash, etc, so, in an emergency you will die for sure. Long story short, I would never stay here, and I don't recommend anybody to stay here.
All facilities are their, but not providing electric kettle, cleaning is good, staff behaviour is good and helpful, near to metro station, restaurants are available.
