I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff's behaviour was extremely rude, and they showed little understanding of our situation. On top of that, the electricity supply was frequently interrupted, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. My grandmother and I had booked a room for two people for six hours because we had some time to spend before our flight. During our stay, my cousin, who currently lives in the same city, visited us briefly to meet my grandmother and help us with the hotel check-in process. He stayed in the room for only 10–15 minutes before leaving. However, after approximately three hours, a receptionist called me and demanded that I pay an extra-person charge. I explained the situation clearly, telling him that my cousin had only come to meet my grandmother and had not stayed with us. Even the room service staff understood my point, but the receptionist refused to listen and continued arguing with me for nearly 30 minutes. I even told him that I was willing to pay the additional charge if necessary, but I questioned why I should have to pay extra when my cousin had visited for only 10–15 minutes. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the receptionist kept arguing and wasted our valuable time. Since we had a flight to catch, I eventually told him that we needed to leave. After another five minutes, one of his colleagues explained the situation to him, and only then was the matter resolved. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating. The hotel staff should learn to communicate respectfully, listen to customers, and handle such situations with common sense and professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was neat, and everything needed for a pleasant stay was available.The location is a major advantage—very close to Marina Beach and convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was relaxing and hassle-free.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable room, great amenities, and a convenient location near Marina Beach.
