If I could rate this hotel zero stars, I would. In all my years of traveling, this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. During a one-night stay with my family, we faced a complete failure of basic services. The hotel lost power in the middle of the night due to an overload issue that affected only the hotel, as nearby stores still had electricity. To make things worse, their backup generator was not functioning, leaving my family, including young kids, stuck in a room without a fan or AC overnight. The poor preparation continued the next day when the restroom ran out of water. When I asked, they bluntly said they just "ran out," which is unacceptable given there were many empty rooms in the hotel. Their failure to manage basic water and electricity for a partially occupied building is shocking. The worst part was dealing with the daytime receptionist, who was very rude, disrespectful, and arrogant when I brought up these serious problems. He raised his voice, acting like customers didn't matter, and said the water and electricity issues were beyond their control. If providing basic utilities isn't a hotel's responsibility, then what is? When I asked for a manager's contact, he probably pretended to be the manager. When I requested to speak to his supervisor, he said there was no one above him. His conduct was completely unprofessional and hostile.

The room was outdated, filthy, and smelled bad. What I found totally unacceptable was the presence of multiple cockroaches. When I turned on the shower, cockroaches disturbed by the hot water came out and ran around the bathroom. I couldn't relax or shower properly. I quickly finished, stepped out, dried myself with a rough, dirty towel, and closed the bathroom door tightly to keep them inside. Then I tried to dry my hair but found no hairdryer. When I asked the front desk, they just said, "No." I told myself it was only one night and tried to sleep. But when I moved the pillow, another cockroach appeared. I realized there was nowhere in the room I could feel safe or comfortable. To make things worse, the fan was very loud, and the constant worry about cockroaches everywhere made it impossible to sleep. I hardly rested that night. My colleague said his room had no cockroaches, so maybe I was unlucky. Still, after this experience, I don't plan to stay at this hotel again.

WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD

This is a dreadful place to stay, especially if you're accustomed to even moderately good accommodations. The staff is awful, offering no service whatsoever, not even a simple glass of water. The prices are outrageously high for what you receive. The staff seems quick to argue. Best to avoid this place at all costs.
