Super rubbish hotel
Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel under the *** group for a family (2 adults + 2 kids) and paid ***, expecting basic comfort and the services mentioned.The room was extremely cramped and not suitable for a family. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that dinner was included, but the hotel denied providing it. Also, the space was not adequate even for basic daytime work.Overall, the stay did not match the listing or value for money. This was a poor experience and not recommended for families.I request Agoda to review this case and consider a refund/compensation.
