Decent stay with courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are compact but well maintained, with good-quality bathroom fittings. An interesting and refreshing concept is used, with rooms named after famous cities such as Paris and Tokyo’I stayed in the Athens room. The property is conveniently located close to the airport, which is a major plus. While the setup was a bit surprising at first, it grew on me quickly, and overall it turned out to be a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed at Zingle Stay Airport Hotel for a day with the family and it was a fantastic experience. It’s often hard to find a place that feels welcoming for a family stopover, but this place was perfect. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A great choice if you need a convenient and pleasant stay in Chennai!One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with food’you can order from the hotel kitchen, but they also allow you to order food from outside, which was very convenient for us.The rooms are simple, comfortable, and very clean. I was especially happy to see the washrooms were well-maintained and spotless. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.The location is excellent’it is very close to Chennai International Airport, and there is a beautiful temple right in front of the hotel which gives it a nice atmosphere.Allover good stay for holidays and business.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. After checkout, I realized I had forgotten two mobile chargers in my room. I called the hotel, and during the first call, they confirmed they had found both chargers and assured me they would courier them to me. However, when I followed up the next day, they changed their statement, saying they only found one charger. Despite multiple follow-up calls and messages, they have not sent anything to me till date.This level of mismanagement and lack of honesty is unacceptable. I trusted the hotel to handle my belongings responsibly, but they failed completely. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and double-check everything before leaving, as their lost-and-found process is unreliable.Follow up response:-Dear Team Zingle Stay Airport Hotel,Thank you for your reply, but I would like to clarify a few points:I am absolutely certain that I left both chargers on the same table, side by side, before checkout. It is highly unlikely that I would pick one and leave the other behind.Your claim that you communicated about the found charger proactively is incorrect. I was the one who called your hotel to inform you about the forgotten chargers. During that first call, your staff mentioned finding one Apple charger from another guest, but I clearly stated that both chargers belonged to me. Unfortunately, I do not have proof for that, but that does not change the fact that I left both chargers together.Even after acknowledging that one charger was found, you have not couriered it to me, despite my repeated follow-ups since 24th December. I even offered to pay the courier charges. Every time I call, I get the same response: ’It will be sent tomorrow.’ Today is 28th December, and nothing has been sent yet.This delay and lack of action reflect poorly on your commitment to guest service. If you truly value guest trust, please ensure the charger you confirmed is found is dispatched immediately. Hotel is pretty closeby to airport. Easily accessible from Metro station. Staffs are courteous and available 24/7. They arranged drop to airport at mid night as well. They arranged food as well, but price is a bit higher. Location is a bit interior and no restaurants nearby to hotel, so we had to rely on their service for food. Swiggy and Zomato service available. Room size is decent with 24/7 hot water facilities. Reasonable for overnight stay. They named the rooms with the name of famous cities across the world which I like it.
