Extremely bad maintainence, bed bugs, unclean floor/ bathroom , non helpful staff, bad smell. I suggest its not fit for stay. Kindly dont book this hotel. I dunno how its showing in travelling apps.

I had one of the most disturbing hotel experiences of my life at RG Suites, and I strongly warn other travelers to be extremely careful before booking this property.After confirming and paying for my booking through MakeMyTrip, the hotel refused to allow check-in unless we paid additional money. Over the course of our stay, we were repeatedly asked to pay offline, and in total we ended up paying nearly ’20,000 extra beyond what was originally booked. Even after this, the staff continued to behave uncooperatively and aggressively.The room conditions were completely unacceptable. There was:’No proper water supply in the washroom’Air conditioning that barely worked’No housekeeping’Bedsheets and blankets with visible stains and marks’Overall hygiene so poor it felt unsafe to stay in the roomThis is not the standard any guest expects when booking through a trusted platform like MakeMyTrip.The most alarming part was the behavior of the management. While settling the bill at the reception, the manager and staff used abusive language, behaved in a threatening manner, and tried to intimidate us. Their conduct was completely unprofessional and made us feel unsafe. I have video recordings of this incident which clearly show the way guests are treated.I am shocked that a hotel with this kind of conduct and hygiene is listed on MakeMyTrip. I sincerely request MMT to investigate this property and take strict action so that other travelers are not forced to go through what we experienced.This place does not deserve to be called a hotel. Please avoid RG Suites if you value your safety, dignity, and money.

Honest Hotel Review: Disappointing StayI recently paid to stay at this hotel, but my experience was far below expectations. Several aspects of the room and bathroom left me extremely dissatisfied.Poor Maintenance & CleanlinessThe flooring in my room was uneven, with multiple loose and lifted wooden planks, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk across.Along the wall edges, the finish was cracked and damaged, suggesting long-standing neglect and possible moisture problems.The bathroom fixtures were extremely dirty and rusted, showing a serious lack of maintenance. The taps and shower fittings were covered in heavy rust, which made them unpleasant to use.The hand sprayer near the toilet was corroded and looked unhygienic, giving the impression that basic cleaning standards are not followed.Hygiene ConcernsThe sink area had visible stains and rust, and the soap was placed directly on the dirty surface, which did not feel sanitary.Overall, the bathroom appeared degraded, with all metal fitting surfaces tarnished and green corrosion visible, further lowering my comfort level.Overall ImpressionDespite paying for my stay, I regretted the experience due to the unacceptable condition of both the room and bathroom. The hotel urgently needs significant repairs and a higher standard of cleaning to justify its rates. I would not recommend this hotel unless these basic issues are resolved.
