I can't understand who would call this hotel "Fab." If negative ratings were allowed, I would definitely give it one. The bedsheets were filthy and the bed wasn't made; it looked like someone had just gotten up from it. When I asked the caretaker to change the sheets, he only came after two reminders and brought one clean sheet and one even dirtier than the original. He claimed the hotel didn't have extra dry sheets. The towels were covered in black patches, but he replaced them with clean ones after I asked. The bathroom was dirty, and there was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap provided. I requested hot water at night, but he refused, saying he couldn't provide it, and the room didn't have an electric kettle either. After persistent asking, he finally gave me hot water in the morning. The website doesn't mention that the hotel lacks a kitchen. I had booked a room with breakfast, but the breakfast came in a parcel without spoons, and when I asked for spoons, he said he couldn't provide any. This place is just a basic lodge, not a proper hotel. How can the rates be so high? I paid over 5000 for this lodge room without basic amenities expected at this price. It's a big "NO" from me. I regret choosing this hotel. It's the worst experience I've had at this price point. I had my elderly parents with me, and it was very embarrassing. I don't understand why Fab Hotels partnered with this lodge.
