I already paid full amount in Fab app, but they still asked for 500rs at Epic residency because of low tariff. This was discussed with Fab app but not updated. I had no other hotel options, so I had to pay 500rs. If there's a tariff issue, why not disable payment option until it's fixed? Why play with customers and ask for extra money at check-in?

Location is just another apartment in a residential area, very packed. Paid 1.5k per night, not worth it because the flush not working well. Water from taps was yellow, even after waiting long, still the same.

Very unprofessional hotel, looks like run by goons. All google reviews seem fake or paid. I couldn't check in even after paying full amount. Don't stay here if safety is a concern.

Worst fab hotel ever. Staff very rude and bad behavior. Bedding was dirty. I had to complain about them because they charged me again for what I already paid on fab hotel site. Don't book if safety is a concern. This hotel is not good.
