While the rooms appear clean at first glance and the reception staff are professional, the overall experience is dampened by poor maintenance and declining service quality.Pros:* Location: Excellent proximity to DLF Back Gate.* First Impressions: The rooms are visually well-presented and clean upon arrival.* Staff: The reception team is helpful and the lift is in good working order.Cons and areas of improvements:Hygiene & Bedding: The cleanliness of the linens and towels is inconsistent. I found it necessary to bring my own bedsheets and towels due to skin irritation from the provided laundry. The mattresses also require deep cleaning or replacement.Room Maintenance: The AC units are heavily accumulated with dust, which can be a concern for guests with respiratory sensitivities. While tea and coffee sachets are provided, there are no kettles in the rooms to use them.* Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathrooms often require a second cleaning upon check-in, as the initial preparation appears superficial.* Dining Experience: The food quality has declined significantly, and the buffet management is poor. Guests frequently have to request refills, which results in long wait times.* Staff Professionalism: While the front desk is good, the housekeeping and service staff are often distracted. They frequently congregate in groups and play loud media on their phones in guest areas, which affects the professional atmosphere.

Rooms were really neat and clean than I expected (Decent stay). In my room geyser wasn't working, and the ac looks like too old one . And in one of the room mirror wasn't available.I went for relatives function,where they booked room in this place for us.One problem faced by them, rooms were booked at some price idk exactly,when we were vacating they demanded for extra price which wasn't mentioned at first. So ensure the price before booking.

My stay was unfortunately a letdown ’’. The rooms were okay, nothing special, but the service was truly poor ’’. The staff seemed uninterested, which impacted the overall experience. The location was decent, but it couldn't salvage the trip ’’

Pros:-1.Nearby Chennai Trade Centre2. Breakfast is great-Idli sambhar vada pongal and coffee with breads3. Staff is supportive4. Rooms are clean5. Budgetry with nice amenitiesCons:-1. No grocery shops nearby for basic needs2. Dinner is not there3. Staff is very less4. I'm not sure to recommend it for person with family visiting here,it's safe still doesn't feel like coming with a family
