Please don't book this hotel. Beacuase if you book online they gives you very bad room with 1 fan and fan which is at very top height no air coming on bed. Lot of bed bugs and cokrojes. Very conjested and no ventilation in the room. Water and bathroom are in very bad condition. Very arrogant hotel reception guy. Please don't stay here.
First and foremost, front office executive is not suitable for Hospitality Industry, he does not know how to communicate with Guests. Only check-in, check-out process. I had to extend my booking as the check out was 9am and my Further travel was at 16:00 hrs, extension was smooth, no issues, Premises does not have WiFi Ceiling Fan cleaning is not done. No volunteer daily Housekeeping. I told the front office executive how to communicate with guests. Near to premises, there is Lord Arthanareeahwara Temple, lake beside the temple is awesome, very peaceful.

Solo Traveller • India • Aug 2026The bed should at least be placed on proper legs with adequate support. The quality of the bed in Room No. 304 was also very poor and uncomfortable. The bed shook whenever I turned over while sleeping, which made the stay less pleasant and disturbed my sleep.The hotel management should pay more attention to the quality, stability, and condition of the beds to ensure the comfort and safety of guests.
