Solo Traveller • Aug 2026I booked two rooms at this hotel for a three-night business trip, and my reservation was confirmed. However, I received no further communication from the hotel before my arrival.When I reached the property to check in, I was informed that they could accommodate us for only one night because they had accepted a bulk booking. This was despite my confirmed reservation.I had planned my business meetings and travel arrangements around this stay, and the hotel's last-minute decision left me stranded with nowhere to go. If they had informed me in advance, I could have made alternate arrangements and avoided a great deal of inconvenience.The receptionist simply kept repeating the same explanation without offering any meaningful assistance. Even the owner did not apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience caused.To make matters worse, all the nearby hotels were fully booked, forcing me to find accommodation much farther away. This experience was extremely unprofessional and caused significant disruption to my business trip. I would not recommend this property based on how they handled a confirmed booking.
Located in a busy, well-known area, the rooms are tidy and clean. There is a small cafeteria on site. The manager is friendly and attentive to customer needs.
