My experience with the receptionist was wonderful; she was courteous, friendly, and professional. She managed everything effectively, responded to my questions with patience, and ensured the entire process was easy and pleasant. This hotel is extremely bad. I had a few drops of menstrual blood on the bedsheet and they charged me 2000 rupees for it. They never mentioned such rules anywhere, they should have informed me beforehand. This hotel is very dishonest. I checked other hotels on Google and none of them charge for blood stains. Only this hotel runs such a scam. If you want to learn how to run a fraudulent hotel, visit this place. The staff here will teach you. It's the worst hotel. I'm not even talking about the 2000 rupees; they could have just washed the sheet and reused it, but they refused and lied about it.

On July 13th, we held my mom's 11th day ceremony in this party hall. The hall was very clean and perfect. The food was delicious, especially the paneer, which seemed very tasty. Unfortunately, I did not get any.

I spent 15 days here on a business trip, and the location close to my office was ideal. The standout feature was Nishanth, who greeted me warmly each morning and kept my room impeccably clean and tidy. Always available with a simple call, his remarkable kindness and professionalism really distinguished him. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and would be an excellent leader, able to train a hospitality team on genuine guest care. I would happily come back just for the outstanding hospitality!

I recently stayed at Keys Hotel Chennai with my family of three, and the experience was somewhat mixed. What I appreciated was the excellent food that truly surpassed my expectations, with every meal being tasty. The check-in was smooth, quick, and without any hassle. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist. However, there were several areas needing improvement. There was no valet parking or clear instructions on where to park, which made arriving a bit confusing. The room given to us was quite small for three people, which was the biggest downside. The TV was small and not a smart or Android TV, which might be inconvenient for families wanting to use streaming services like YouTube. The room had an open dustbin without a lid or liner, making it hard for us as parents with a baby to dispose of diapers hygienically. The bed felt old with worn-out mattress springs, making it uneven and uncomfortable, causing us all to wake up with body pain. The bathroom was very small and cramped, uncomfortable even for one person. While the hotel's food and hospitality are strong points, improvements in room size, bedding, parking, and bathroom space would greatly enhance comfort for families. I had a very good experience at Keys Bangalore Whitefield, so I booked Keys Chennai for my family, but I was disappointed with this stay and would not choose it again based on this experience.
