Radha Regent Hotel

It was in my bucketlist to stay at a hotel alone by myself and call it a day.. I loved the calm . The food and drinks were good too. The breakfast buffet was exeptional! Unlike other places with only few options, it was a wide spread buffet and was to my liking .. I enjoyed my time here and all the staff were so sweet and helpful too..

I had a pleasant stay at Radha Regent Hotel. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very comfortable and welcoming.However, the staff at the dining area could be more attentive and courteous, as the experience there was not as great as the rest of the hotel.Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the hospitality.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which is very important in Chennai’s weather. The room had all essential amenities like a minibar, tea/coffee maker, work desk, and good Wi-Fi connectivity. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured the room was cleaned properly every day.The interiors are slightly classic in style’not ultra-modern’but everything was neat and functional. I had a peaceful stay without any major disturbances.Breakfast ExperienceThe breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good spread of both South Indian and North Indian dishes along with continental options. Fresh fruits, juices, eggs made to order, breads, and local specialties like dosa and idli were available daily.The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff in the restaurant were courteous and attentive. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.Buffet DinnerI also tried the dinner buffet during my stay. The variety was decent with a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The starters and desserts were particularly good. While the spread may not be extremely elaborate, the taste and quality were satisfying.The dining ambience was comfortable and suitable for both family dinners and business meals.Location AdvantageThe hotel is located in the Arumbakkam area, which is quite convenient for moving around the city. It is close to major roads and commercial areas. One big advantage is its proximity to the metro station, which makes travel easier within Chennai.The location worked well for me, especially for city travel and meetings.How to Reach from AirportFrom Chennai International Airport, the hotel is approximately 30’40 minutes by car, depending on traffic. I took a cab from the airport, and the journey was smooth. App-based taxis like Uber and Ola are easily available. The hotel also provides airport pickup on request, which is convenient. Overall ExperienceOverall, my stay at Radha Regent Chennai was comfortable and value for money. The combination of good food, spacious rooms, helpful staff, and a convenient location made it a pleasant experience.I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for business travel or short city visits.

Good Hotel at prime location in city, unfortunately, my experience with the suite room did not meet my expectations. While I had hoped for a comfortable and relaxing stay, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The room layout ,interior and furniture did not feel as well-maintained as expected.Breakfast spread and food quality is good , Fitness center facility is basic and its not well maintained .I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, as the hotel has potential to offer a much better experience.

Reception staff were very professional and handled the situation well. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but they quickly arranged an alternative room at their sister hotel, Feathers. The reception staff at Radha Regent were more caring and friendlier than those at Feathers. The AC and bathrooms would benefit from some modernization, but overall it was a good stay.
