The Bhimaas Temple Tree Hotel is a very pleasant place, courteous staff and good breakfast. Everything is lovingly maintained and clean so you can rest in a visually quiet place with charming Art Nouveau aesthetics. Depending on the location of the room, something of the street can be heard, but this can hardly be avoided in such a vibrant city and feels like a soft background noise. very good service! The location is depending on traffic 15 min to the airport and 2 min walk to the metro, nearby the famous vadapalani murugan temple & The famous SIMS & Vijaya Mall. Hotel Bhimaas Temple Tree charges a lot of money for their hall, food and rooms, but their service and facilities are not according to that level. It is not fit to be 3-star hotel. None of the services provided were of that level.Hall & Food’Stage backdrop was internal and was very high compared to outsider charges.’Hall and food charges were very high, the menu ordered was not worth the amount we paid but the food was good, tasty and hygienic except a few dishes failing to meet our expectations.’Vathakulambu rice was like tamarind powder rice.’Beeda and banana were not as per count ordered.’Stalls were costly but good.’Apart from that it was a decent service and facilities provided by Mr.Umanath and his team throughout the functions. Thanks for your support and polite service.Rooms’There are cockroaches running around.’The room has a musty smell from the AC and we had to sleep with the fan and kept the door open for ventilation.’The AC looks so dirty not cleaned for a long time.’Water dripping from AC on the bed (photos attached). How can people sleep there??’Bathrooms are not clean.’Bedsheets torn and not washed.’Door locks not working properly.’Adequate pillows, towels and bedsheets not provided ’ questioning this , the receptionist gave very impolite answers and spoke very harsh with my guests as if u are providing the rooms for free. u charge 2700 rupees for 3 person rooms and 3600 rupees for 4 person rooms and what service and toiletries have u provided? I have paid whopping 72000 rupees for 25rooms but it was not even worth 500 rupees per room which is 12500 rupees. So u have scammed me around 60000 rupees.’Imposing fine on lost key is understandable, but unnecessary imposing fine for the mistake of receptionist is never acceptable and still not able to verify using cctv tells how well ur equipped. 500 rupees doesn’t matter but when u say we have not given the key for which we have handed over is really not right and punishing us for mistake we have not done.

They allocated room ground floor, bathroom cups broken, TV is not worked asked to resolve that but no one came. Uncleaned room. Totally very disappointed. Not a good hotel for a family
