Provided room 302.. one of the spring beds had sagged that I had severe back pain.. housekeeping doesn’t answer calls for extra towel or soap .. had to reach out to reception even to ask for water refill. Breakfast is mostly South Indian and decent.. no door sign to inform housekeeping is not needed at 8 am as they kept ringing the bell.. worst but not least, the staff were forever in the corridors early morning making it a disturbing sleep for the 2 days we stayed there

Tea and coffee in room and no internet

If they provide coffee , sugar ,tea and cups inside the room so that we can make ourselves when we want , it is better. Wifi was not working inside the room. As a foreign traveler I was in a big trouble. I went to chennai for a exam I faced in a big problem due to no internet .
