As someone who travels frequently, I always look for value, comfort, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this property missed the mark on all three fronts. It was a thoroughly underwhelming experience that failed to justify its price point.The Accommodations: Gloomy and NeglectedThe rooms are desperately in need of a refresh. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a prominent, musty mold smell and a generally gloomy atmosphere. The lack of a fresh, modern outlook made the space feel incredibly dated and uninviting. To make matters worse, comfort was nonexistent:The Bed: Incredibly hard and visibly dirty—a fundamental failure for any hospitality establishment.Dining: Lacking Quality and VarietyBreakfast is supposed to kickstart the day, but here, it was a major letdown. The selection was highly limited, and the quality of the food was well below acceptable standards. It felt like an afterthought rather than an amenity.Shady Business PracticesPerhaps the most off-putting part of the stay was the behavior of the staff. Management approached us to bypass official channels, suggesting we cancel our Agoda booking and book directly with them next time in exchange for a "good price." Out of curiosity, we checked their direct rates, only to find their promised discount was completely misleading. We declined. It is highly unprofessional to solicit guests this way, especially when the actual numbers don't back up the claim.Final VerdictThis hotel is not value for money. For just a fraction more, you can easily find a far superior hotel with better amenities, cleaner rooms, and more ethical service. This will definitely not be my choice—top or otherwise—for future visits. Avoid! Travellers from Singapore.

stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to India, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room had multiple issues from the beginning. There was leaking near the luggage area and also in the toilet. The sink basin was clogged, and the TV was not functioning properly.I complained to the reception and requested for a room change if the problems could not be fixed. After I returned to the room, they didnt informed issues had been fixed, but the leaking problem was still there. Only the TV cable and sink condition improved slightly, but overall I was still not satisfied.The room was also very very small and definitely not worth the money paid. On top of that, the breakfast provided was very poor with very limited choices and not worth even a single penny.Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very convenient for metro and shopping area

Everything was good. Only thing which i feel can be better is that they could provide lunch and dinner also in their restaurant or even allow swiggy person to deliver to room instead of main gate or hotel staff could deliver the same from main gate to room.
