Had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options with great taste. Overall, a very comfortable experience and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Excellent hotel and a very safe place to stay. The complimentary breakfast was awesome’very tasty, fresh and not spicy. The hospitality was excellent. My mom was a little tired in the morning and the staff kindly prepared fresh coffee for her and served it with care. Since they did not have a mobile phone, I ordered food while I was at the office and it was delivered to them without any issues. My daughter ordered an omelette and the chef beautifully customized it into a moon omelette. It looked beautiful and my daughter said it was very tasty. The presentation was superb. A special thanks to the lotus apartment hotel and the entire team for their wonderful service. The hotel’s cleanliness was outstanding. Highly recommended for old-age parents and kids!

Worst service for corporate customers. Front office ppl who was in 26th Jan Night shift is not professional at all No toiletries even no water in room We 3 rooms checked out immediately the next day itself booking was done for 9 days which is approximately 1 lakh revenue

I stayed at Burkit Road between 23-26th Dec and it was a string of disappointments in hospitality. I was trying to wheel my aged mother in, but there was no ramp. I asked for some help to lift her in wheelchair over the steps.. Zero assistance.There are no service assistance at any floor.. Guests have to carry their luggage themselves. No tea or coffee on demand. When checked with front desk who gave a cold response to get it ordered through zomato.GRT Hotels should seriously introspect whether they fit into Hospitality industry.I am adding comments based on the response which is full of falsehoods. No front office person even got up from their seat to even greet leave alone explain things.. Appreciate your response, but let it be on facts and not falsehoods.
