Nice hotel, Reception Host Ritika was very courteous and supportive.

During my stay, I had to go to the Downtown Business Hotel opposite for breakfast due to issues with the gas pipes, but I really missed having breakfast here.The on-site pool, billiards and bar!They offer a range of services unique to this hotel. I was very well looked after during my stay. The service is excellent, and the young female and male staff at reception are so reliable’I’d definitely recommend this place for a stay in Chennai!

Because of problems with the gas pipes, I had to have breakfast at the Downtown Business Hotel across the street, but I truly missed enjoying breakfast here. The service is outstanding, and the young female and male reception staff are very dependable—I would definitely suggest staying here when in Chennai!

Phoenix bar manager worst behaviour, they won’t treat u like customer, cheap behaviour like local bar, if there is any discrepancy they won’t resolve they just ask u to vacate and treat u like shit, completely un professional behaviour

The Phoenix bar manager behaves terribly and does not treat you like a customer. Their conduct is cheap, similar to a local bar. If there is any issue, they refuse to resolve it and simply ask you to leave, treating you very poorly. Their behavior is completely unprofessional.
