On the 4th floor, there's a man named Minajul whose manner of speaking to guests is quite upsetting. Due to his attitude and conduct, I wouldn't suggest anyone stay at this hotel. The hotel definitely needs to work on enhancing its guest service and the way its staff behave.😑
