If you have any intolerance to garam masala or spicy food, do not eat here. I have clearly specified “non-spicy” every single time, yet they consistently load the food with heavy spice, especially garam masala, making it inedible for me. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it happens every single day. The restaurant either does not understand or simply refuses to respect basic dietary instructions. It’s not just disappointing; it’s reckless when someone has a genuine physical issue with those spices.The rest of the hotel is just about okay, but don’t expect a proper shower. The water pressure in the bathroom is extremely poor. I complained, and all they do is say “sorry” — no action, no fix, not even an attempt to resolve it. An apology without change is just manipulation.
’Really enjoyed my stay at V Five Hotel. The ambience was nice, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also good. A special thanks to Prabakaran, whose warm smile and welcoming nature stood out. He also helped me during an emergency situation, which I truly appreciate. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
