The location is very central and the rooms are clean, but it doesn't offer good value for the price. There is no elevator, so it's not suitable if you have elderly parents or small children in strollers. The food is average, and I was a bit let down that lunch wasn't available at the restaurant when we arrived. Although Swiggy delivery was an option, not being able to sit down and enjoy a hot meal when tired was disappointing. Overall, I didn't feel this place was worth the money. It's okay if you just need a room for the night, but don't expect much beyond that.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026My experience was quite disappointing. The service was below expectations, and the front desk staff's conduct made it even worse. The front desk employee was very rude, unprofessional, and did not show basic politeness when dealing with guests. At least a friendly and respectful approach is expected. I hope the management considers this feedback seriously and improves customer service and staff demeanor.
