Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR

My recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton had its ups and downs. The room was tidy, comfortable, and well-kept, but as others have noted, it felt quite small. The bathroom was especially tight—the sink, door, and shower were all packed into a limited space, making it less comfortable to use. The room had all the usual amenities, but the layout seemed more like a formality than something designed for a truly enjoyable stay. A major downside was the smoking area being right next to the main reception entrance, which every guest passes through. Besides the smoke, I worried about how safe or comfortable female guests might feel walking past men smoking and watching people come and go. Moving the smoking area to the parking lot or somewhere away from the entrance would be better. On the plus side, the staff were polite, professional, and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had a good selection and was pleasant. In summary, while the service and breakfast were good, the cramped room and smoking area location took away from what could have been a much better experience.

The room is very small. The location is convenient. Everything else is poor.

Great experience! The front desk staff were very supportive in helping us pick the perfect room. Traveling with my family, they gave us excellent advice and offered a roomy, cozy space where we could unwind and fully enjoy our stay. Much appreciated for the wonderful service!

The staff are rude, and if there were negative stars, I would have given them. Very disappointed and will never book here again. There is no room service, and the breakfast tastes awful.

good to go, as they were on renovation i feel some discomfort, such as paint stains & pool was under maintenance ..else everything was perfect
