We stayed in this Hotel for two days with young children. There are quite a few pleasant experiences we had:1. The staff - very kind and service oriented and accommodative, whatever we ask for they are there to help. If we raise any concern, they have immediately resolved it. We are delighted with their warm and service gesture2. The breakfast - simple but delicious. Each day they maintained different option - that's a pleasant surprise for us. The staff at dining area were also so kind and supportive3. Cleanliness - the toilets were surprisingly clean, non-smelly4. Excellent value for moneyThe bathroom is bit small but for us that's not a big deal for this class of hotel. Cleanliness is more important which this hotel maintains well.Some improvements to consider:1. Parking - sometimes an issue. However, the staff managed to find a spot to parkI have stayed in few other hotels in this locality, each hotel has some or other problem - especially on service and cleanliness front. Overall, I would definitely recommend Comfort Hotel for a pleasant stay!
Not value for money. The overall experience didn’t justify the price paid. The room and facilities were below expectations, and the service could have been much better. There are definitely better options available for the same price. I hope the hotel improves its quality and service.
Very good stay we had here. Just opposite to ramachandra medical centre, porur. Resturant food is tasty. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Front desk guys are very well behaved and helpful. Bengali peoples will have a comfort here as 90% staffs can speak Bengali.Special mention to Arvind at front desk for excellent support al thru our stay.
