Zero stars. FabHotel Nestlay Rooms is completely misleading (it's actually just Nestlay Rooms Airport Hotel). The room had a horrible smell, was dirty, and had a broken AC and shower. When I requested a room change, the receptionist became unfriendly. Additionally, there is no workspace and loud planes fly overhead all night. No proper chair and poor maintenance. A total nightmare. Avoid this place. MakeMyTrip should carefully verify service providers before listing them.

Looks fine online, but in reality it's a dirty underground space with a tiny entrance that smells strongly of urine, barely covered by cheap perfume. The rooms are underground with no natural light, no WiFi, and no mobile signal, leaving you completely isolated. I was there with my mother, who had surgery just a week before and came to Chennai for a medical check-up. When I tried to cancel, the manager argued, refused, kept the payment, and offered no assistance. No basic kindness for someone recovering. The place is filthy, disconnected, and the staff show no care for customers. The only possible advantage is its proximity to the airport, but it is not worth it. Choose any other place to stay.

The room was very dirty, so I requested a different one, but the replacement was full of insects. The receptionist was difficult to communicate with and behaved rudely and disrespectfully. I will not return here. The service was terrible.

Breakfast is third class. They don't know how to make the breakfast. Daily idly sambar that is too old batter.The TV was not working for all 4 days.One of the hopeless hotel I ever leaved in my life.I request you to immediately take your partnership with this hotel.
