Hi,Request everyone not to book any room through Fab Hotels or the Agoda app.We had a very bad experience at Fab Welcome Inn. The rooms were in terrible condition — there were mosquitoes, cockroaches, and pesticide smell, and even the bed sheets were not properly washed.I also spoke to customer care and requested either a room change or refund, but they were not ready to provide either.Kindly avoid booking this hotel to prevent similar issues.Thank you

Worst stay ever. When u sleep on the bed you can feel the spring. You can see cockroaches everywhere. Balcony doors, not able to lock them. Toilet tiles on the walls are broken, the ceiling u can see the concretes there. And for the mirrors you can’t even see your face. I would have accepted it if I had paid less and gotten this kind of a room. Overall this is the worst place that I had stayed in my entire life.
