The location is convenient and the staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience. Cleanliness is well maintained, and the Wi-Fi works reliably, which is great for staying connected. Housekeeping is efficient, though the amenities could be improved, and the view from the property was somewhat disappointing. Overall, it offers decent value but facilities feel a bit limited.

We had a great time over wekend after a stressful month. The property is maintained well and very much serene. Many families enroute to this spot as its kids favourite spot as there are more recreation events like football, oickle ball, chess, cricket etc.. Also, the swimming pool is well maintained which also is family friendly one. On Saturday around 7p.m they are telecasting a kid movie which again a bumper for kids.. They also guve complimentary ice cream for kids and Hi tea on the arrival day after check in. Overall, we had a great stay and recommending for all family getaways..

Our initial experience was very negative because of the extremely impolite reception staff, especially the woman and the tall man in the dark blue uniform. They clearly lack fundamental hospitality skills. Pros: None worth mentioning. Cons: Food was mediocre and evening snacks were disappointing. No facilities for active guests. The pool closes too early at 7:30 PM and has many restrictive rules. The children's area is poorly arranged, with limited equipment access and sprinklers running during busy morning playtime. Overall, this hotel is only suitable for older guests who intend to stay indoors all day. Families looking for an active stay should choose a different place near the beach. We will not come back.

For a 4-star hotel, I anticipated a much better level of cleanliness and guest experience, but sadly, that was not what we encountered during our visit. The resort has very few activities for kids. The battery-powered toy cars were a letdown since they weren't properly charged, even though they cost ₹250 plus taxes for just 15 minutes. The carrom board was in poor condition and not playable. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant, but it was only open until 7:00 PM, which limited evening use. Being in a somewhat remote location, noise from the nearby residential area behind the resort disturbed the otherwise quiet environment. Indoor entertainment was scarce, with just one table tennis table that was put away by 7:00 PM, one chess set, and a few board games in an open space where mosquitoes made it uncomfortable to stay. The rooms were comfortable, but the bathroom had drainage problems; it took about an hour for water to drain, as shown in the attached photos. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection, but the dinner menu was limited and not worth the price. The best part of our trip was visiting Mahabalipuram, not the resort itself. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel, and I was disappointed with the experience.
