The location is convenient and the staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience. Cleanliness is well maintained, and the Wi-Fi works reliably, which is great for staying connected. Housekeeping is efficient, though the amenities could be improved, and the view from the property was somewhat disappointing. Overall, it offers decent value but facilities feel a bit limited.
We had a great time over wekend after a stressful month. The property is maintained well and very much serene. Many families enroute to this spot as its kids favourite spot as there are more recreation events like football, oickle ball, chess, cricket etc.. Also, the swimming pool is well maintained which also is family friendly one. On Saturday around 7p.m they are telecasting a kid movie which again a bumper for kids.. They also guve complimentary ice cream for kids and Hi tea on the arrival day after check in. Overall, we had a great stay and recommending for all family getaways..
Our initial experience was very negative because of the extremely impolite reception staff, especially the woman and the tall man in the dark blue uniform. They clearly lack fundamental hospitality skills. Pros: None worth mentioning. Cons: Food was mediocre and evening snacks were disappointing. No facilities for active guests. The pool closes too early at 7:30 PM and has many restrictive rules. The children's area is poorly arranged, with limited equipment access and sprinklers running during busy morning playtime. Overall, this hotel is only suitable for older guests who intend to stay indoors all day. Families looking for an active stay should choose a different place near the beach. We will not come back.
