The rooms, swimming pool, and overall service were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Vijay for his professional and courteous help with all room-related needs. The location is very close to the beach and well connected. It truly felt like a joyful stay! 😊

The place was pleasant with a nice atmosphere. The rooms were large, well-furnished, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly. The property manager, Mr. Vijay, was attentive and kind. We accidentally left our phone charger behind, and he kindly arranged to send it back to us. Overall, it was a great stay that justified the price.

The stay was wonderful and delightful, with a pleasant atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Vijay, the manager, who is very humble, helpful, and excellent in hospitality. Many thanks!

Maroma SuitesRating: 2.5/5 StarsWe recently booked 4 rooms, including the Master Suite, for a 3-night family stay.While the property boasts large rooms and benefits heavily from strong digital marketing, the reality on the ground does not live up to the online presentation.The property needs a massive overhaul in maintenance, amenities, and hospitality.The Positives* Location:Great location close to Palavakkam Beach, which is an easy 400-meter walk from the property.* Spacious Rooms & Mini Pool:Room sizes are massive, and the mini pool was a highlight for our family.Areas for Improvement* Room Defects & Maintenance:Severe maintenance issues need immediate attention. The master suite shower door has no handle on the inside, making it a struggle to open. The ceiling fan placed above the closet ended up spreading a stale closet odor across the toilet. Several fixtures like tea holders and light switches were broken.* Pool Hygiene & Facilities: There are no working showers or toilets by the pool.Guests have to walk back to their rooms in wet clothing, which creates a serious risk of children peeing in the pool water.The poolside tables also look very old and worn.* Lack of Essential Amenities:Basic in-room amenities like hair dryers and ironing boards are missing. When we needed to press clothes for a party, staff could only lend us their personal iron.* Check-out & Staff Policy:Despite heavy occupancy, the hospitality felt extremely rigid. We were given a strict 15-minute grace period after 12 PM to vacate our 4 rooms after a 3-night stay, with zero exceptions accommodated.* Breakfast Spread:Very basic with limited options’just one fruit, toast, idli, vermicelli/pongal, with dosa, tea, and juice available on demand. No desserts were available.* Reception & Security:The reception area has multiple stained and torn sofas, spoiling the initial impression. Security personnel were absent, allowing anyone to enter freely.Verdict:The online listings are misleading compared to the actual state of the property.Between the rigid service, lacking basic amenities, and widespread maintenance issues, it falls short of expectations and needs serious improvement before it can be recommended.A amazing property with poor maintenance.....wish to comeback if maintenence overhaul is undertaken without increasing the price...
