Season 4 Residences - 1BHK Furnished Apartment (near Tidel Park, IIT Madras and Apollo Cancer Centre

I do not recommend this hotel. My stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness and an unhygienic breakfast area, which even had rusted cutlery. The breakfast was repetitive and not very good. Communication was difficult because the staff had trouble with basic Hindi and English. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.

The room was tidy and clean, which was the only good aspect of my stay. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and asked for an early check-in, but they said the room was still being cleaned. When I came back at the official check-in time of 1:00 p.m., I got the same answer and had to wait even longer. There was no drinking water in the room, and despite calling three times, it took almost three hours to get it. They also charged ₹25 for a bottle of water that has an MRP of ₹20. Breakfast begins at 7:45 a.m., but by 8:00 a.m., many items were already finished. When I asked if they would be refilled, the staff just said “No.” Overall, the room was fine, but the bad service and rude staff made the stay disappointing.

Hello. There were a few small problems during my 6-day stay: 1. The WiFi signal was consistently very weak. 2. The breakfast selection needs improvement; serving kichadi/semiya/poha every day is not satisfactory. 3. The coffee vending machine had issues on at least 4 days. 4. When I asked for room cleaning on Thursday, the receptionist said the room couldn't be cleaned every day. 5. I paid about 13,224 for 6 days, which I don't think is worth the price.

There seems to be a tendency to deceive guests. The service is quite efficient. The TV was not functioning and no effort was made to fix it. Despite multiple reminders, tea and coffee sachets were not replenished.

There was no room service available, and the reception was very disappointing. The buffet breakfast was also very poor.
