4U business class hotel

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've ever experienced. Our team booked three double rooms for six people in advance and even offered to pay a deposit, but the hotel staff said it wasn't needed and guaranteed the rooms would be ready when we arrived. We confirmed the booking multiple times, and each time the staff reassured us everything was set. On the day we were traveling to Chennai, we called again to inform them we'd arrive around 7 PM, and they once more confirmed the rooms were available. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to learn there were no rooms for us. Despite our repeated confirmations, the staff refused to take responsibility or provide a proper explanation or solution. Their unprofessional attitude showed a lack of respect for guests. Because of their false promises, our group wasted time, money, fuel, and effort. After a long trip, we had to scramble to find another hotel last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and ruined our plans. The staff and management handled the situation very poorly, showing no real effort to help or fix the issue. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, pick another place. There are better hotels nearby that honor their commitments and treat guests well. This hotel lost our trust completely, and none of us will return.

Here, even being a minute late can get your booking canceled and your room given to someone else. I'm sure the management's response will try to justify what happened rather than admit the problem. So, think carefully before booking and consider a better hotel.

Due to their false assurances, our group wasted time, fuel, and effort, and we had to find another hotel at the last minute. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your time and want dependable service, look elsewhere. UPDATE: Your reply is just an attempt to cover up your mistake. Don't try to mislead people by changing the story. I repeatedly asked about paying an advance to confirm the booking, but your staff clearly said it was unnecessary. I even called again on the day of arrival to inform you we were on the way from Salem and would reach around 7 PM. Once again, your staff confirmed the rooms were available. After we traveled all the way to Chennai, you told us there were no rooms. Now you claim advance payment was required? If that was your policy, why was it never mentioned during our multiple calls? Instead of admitting your mistake, you're blaming your customer. That is completely unprofessional and dishonest. Because of your false assurances, six people wasted hours of travel, fuel, money, and valuable time. Your response only shows your customer service is as poor as our experience. I sincerely hope no other customer has to endure what we did.

Avoid booking here. If you arrive late by even an hour despite prior notice, your room gets cancelled and you end up with nowhere to stay. The service is very poor and they only deal in cash. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with my team. Their attitude is very irresponsible, so don't trust them with your room. Also, they don't allow advance bookings, which was surprising to us, and they don't keep any cash reserves.
