Good hotel, suitable for families.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.Before our trip, our team contacted the hotel and booked 3 double-bed rooms for 6 people. They even offered to pay an advance to confirm the booking, but the hotel staff said it wasn't necessary and assured us that the rooms would be available upon arrival. Our team confirmed the booking multiple times, and every time the staff assured us that everything was confirmed.On the day of our trip, before leaving for Chennai, our team contacted the hotel again and informed them that we would arrive around 7 PM. Once again, they confirmed that our rooms were available.However, after traveling all the way to the hotel, we were shocked to be told that no rooms were available. Despite confirming our booking several times, the staff neither accepted responsibility nor offered a proper explanation or solution. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and showed no respect for their guests.Because of their false assurances, our entire group wasted valuable time, fuel, money, and effort. After a long journey, we were forced to search for another hotel at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and completely spoiled our trip.The staff and management handled the situation very poorly. Instead of helping us, they acted irresponsibly and made no genuine effort to resolve the problem.I strongly advise everyone not to book rooms at this hotel. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, choose another hotel. There are much better places nearby that actually honor their commitments and treat guests with respect.This hotel completely lost our trust, and none of us will ever stay here again.
