On 24/10/25 my sister engagement function arrange in that hall and taste of food is ok but very very worst service and we informed management to arrange food for180 members but not arrange food. Only 90 members had lunch that time itself no rice to serve some 10 to 15 members left the hall in half lunch..they r preparing rice at that time of service and also to bring white rice to service look almost 20 to 30 minutes..they r not fit for cooking and service for more crowd.. for each and everything adding separate money but not done it correct.they unsatisfied both bride and groom family and also makes us embraced in front of all our relatives...what v put efforts and money for this function and our respect from family is totally wasted by this worst management and service.

Worst service ever! We had ordered 180 full meals for our engagement, but only around 120 to 130 were served. I have no idea why the management did this. Despite repeatedly requesting them to provide additional food before it ran out, they didn’t respond properly. Because of this shortage, several of our relatives and friends couldn’t be served properly and Some guests who were eating even had to leave midway because of the food shortage. It created a complete mess and caused huge disappointment for us as well as our guests. Extremely poor service! We had paid the full amount in advance, as they insisted on complete payment before accepting the order’yet they failed to deliver what was promised.

Pleasant Stay with a Few Areas for ImprovementI stayed at Saaral Residency in Mogappair, Chennai, for the second time ’ my first visit was around 10’12 years ago when the property was newly built. Since then, it has undergone renovation and is being maintained quite well.The rooms are neat and clean, and the washrooms are spacious and hygienic. A lift is available, which is convenient. The property also has an in-house restaurant serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, which is a plus.However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement:’The complimentary breakfast could be better in terms of both quality and service.’Room boys were not available when needed to help with luggage, both during check-in and check-out.On the whole, it’s a comfortable and clean place to stay, especially for short visits, but with some attention to service, the experience can be even better.
