This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The room had a split AC with a remote, but the hotel controlled the temperature centrally. Guests couldn't adjust it themselves and had to call reception each time to change it. It took almost an hour for the room to cool down, and despite many complaints, staff denied restricting guest control, supposedly to save power. I was first given Room 307, but due to the cooling problem, moved to Room 303. However, the neighbors were very noisy, making sleep impossible. Only after I complained did the hotel act. To add to the issues, around midnight, a room service staff knocked with a shaving kit, asking if I requested it, which was an unnecessary disturbance late at night and unprofessional. The bathroom was tiny and felt like something from a budget ₹1,500 room, not a place charging ₹4,200 per night. Overall, the stay was very disappointing. I paid about ₹4,200 per night for two nights, but the experience did not justify the cost. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and advise travelers to look elsewhere. Unless the rate is below ₹3,000 per night, it is poor value for money.
