Pros:1. Close to US interview center, walkable distance. If you remember the directions then you can walk and avoid auto drivers trying to scam 200 rupees from the center to hotel.2. I reached before check in time and they let me store my luggage in a cloak room, which is a basic store room but felt safe enough as I had to go for interview without electronics. I was allowed to use the common washroom as well to freshen up.3. I was allowed to check in 1 hour early but at the same time I did tell them I will be checking out the same night. Nonetheless, a positive since I was let in earlier.Cons:1. Found a bed bug or some insect on the floor, was glad I didn’t have to sleep the night there.2. Switch boards didn’t work in my room (106), didn’t bother complaining there since I didn’t want to shift luggage and I already had power bank.3. There are 2 receptionists I encountered, 1 young and 1 uncle. The uncle has some attitude, I sat in the reception since I reached early and I asked him to turn on the fan, for which he said “wait a while, dusting needs to be done”, so I go for breakfast and come back and still he gave the same excuse and finally when I called it out they cleaned the place and turned on the fan finally. Additionally I needed a towel to wipe my face, I asked him for which he said “Towelah? You will get only after you check in, you cannot get now” . Some empathy would’ve been appreciated considering that I am leaving the same night and also have an interview before check in. Funny thing is when I checked in there was no towel in the room and I had to ask for it myself.4. Was not given WiFi credentials until check in time, which is a minor inconvenience.Equal pros and cons, so 3/5 finally. If you just need a place to store your luggage for the interview even if interview is before check in time then it’s great, else would look for better alternatives if you plan to sleep the night there.

I had an exam and interview , I asked for just getting freshen up but the owner disconnected the phone again and again and talked very unprofessionally and rudely. Please avoid especially for exams

Very bad service. They Don't know that my booking is there. I book the two rooms around 2 months ago . When I reached the hotel there reaction was like shit we didn't know it . So the receptionist ask me to wait. Then After 30 minutes he came with 2 rooms key. In one room only one light with 10w energy. Which is like night lamp and other light was not working , Tv was not working,intercom was not working ,ac was not cooling.at night rooms are full of cockroach .Rooms are too small from photos which I book . I checkin in evening around 6 pm . So I am tired don't tell the manager. After night I go to reception in morning for complaining, the light tv ac problem,but the assistant manager didn't listen to me. Say my person will come to your room . After 1 hour I go then is saying I will change the room but all rooms are full . Thqn he says at 11 am I will do .I didn't say anything. Than I go and complaining at around 11.15 am chief manager is there. And when I say what are you doing. He is saying I don't know, I yelled talked to your staff about the problem. I am not going to repeat it. He was not apologetic but saying only you are doing the problem. Staff don't know either hindi or english. When I agruee more ,than he stepped back and ask to give rooms. When I go to rooms ,staff members say vacate your rooms . This rooms are booked. But how I vacate the rooms if you don't provide me another rooms. Take your luggage and go to waiting area. After half hour I will give it to you . What nonsense. I again agreued aggressively . Than he is like ,only you have problem. After heated argument he steep back and matter resolved. Gave me rooms but again ac not working ,intercom not working and tv not working . And at night rooms is full of cockroach. In new rooms bathroom is not locking also . Don't go in that hotel if hotel is free of cost also .
