Hotel Park Elanza Chennai

Restroom door hits the closet door and this is how it has been constructed. Every time when you open the restroom door, you should be cautious. I have never seen this before anywhere in the world. If you wanted to experience the Worst placement of toilet and restroom door you can stay at Elanza. Also as we went early 8 AM to a hospital for a health check on empty stomach we missed the buffet breakfast and we asked them for a compensation or a lunch worth the amount we paid for the buffet breakfast as soon as we arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM, but the manager refused our request by saying if you haven’t used our buffet service in between 7 AM to 10 AM, it cannot be compensated even if you went to hospital on empty stomach that’s not our problem. I suggest the owner to replace the manager because He is the face of the hotel and if he doesn’t know how to handle customer queries and provide them a righteous solution then definitely he is not fit to be in that position. Also, the hotel management didn’t even offer us any hot beverages like tea or coffee upon arrival and anytime after that. There was a readymade kiwi juice which was made out of artificial kiwi flavoured powder and it tasted exactly like the cough syrup. Please don’t drink that. Even plain drinking water will be much better than that horrible ‘so called’ kiwi juice. Moreover, out of the bedsheets provided to us, one of them was stained, so we didn’t use them. There are many good hotels at Chennai for this price and we really regret booking this one because it was a total waste of money for us. Due to the bad experience that we had, honestly we won’t recommend this hotel to any of our friends or family members.Welcoming Guests 2/10 Facilities 5/10 Hospitality 0/10 Room ambience 7/10 Restroom 2/10 Bed sheets 4/10 It’s a Big No ❌.

’’’’’I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park Elanza. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.A special thanks to Sudipa at the reception. She was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. She handled all my queries with a smile and made the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.Thank you, Sudipa, and the entire Hotel Park Elanza team. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere of the room were good. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews and was conveniently located near the US visa biometrics center.Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay. I was unable to sleep the entire night because rats were running, fighting, and making loud noises inside the false ceiling. The noise was constant, especially between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM.I informed the hotel receptionist about the issue, but no effective assistance or solution was provided. For a hotel that charges a premium price, I expected much better maintenance and customer service. The rat problem made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and I cannot recommend this hotel unless this issue is resolved.

Well..it was a mixed bag.The food I ordered in the room was ok....overpriced...like most things here.The morning breakfast was genuinely good.After charging 6k for a room, you would not expect to be baited by what seemed like "complimentary" snacks and then later charging 5 times the price saying it was part of the "mini bar" when I did not crack open a beer.They are really ripping people off with this treachery.Room was spacious, and ok..but some design/features could have been better.On a positive note..I have to thank the receptionist , she really helped get some printouts at a crucial moment. Hope she gets a raise.The location was very convenient for my appointment...which was like the 90% reason I stayed.

Had an amazing stay! I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more special. The property was excellent, and the staff were consistently polite, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly stood out. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again!
