Did not receive the room as per booked plan. Till 11.30 at night had to wait for room change.
We had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel with clean, neat rooms, excellent amenities, and a fantastic food menu. However, our experience was seriously affected by the unacceptable behaviour of certain staff members, particularly the swimming pool staff.The attitude and behaviour displayed by the swimming pool staff member towards guests was highly inappropriate, disrespectful, and unprofessional. His tone and manner of speaking reflected arrogance, as though he owned the property and guests were answerable to him. Instead of ensuring a welcoming environment, his approach made us feel uncomfortable and insulted, almost as if guests staying at the hotel were not valued.What was even more disappointing was his aggressive behaviour, including shouting and arguing with my family ladies especially the senior citizen ladies, which completely spoiled our experience and impacted what should have been a memorable stay. Such conduct is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry and does not align with the standards expected from a reputed hotel.For comparison, we recently stayed at Ramada Hotel, Guindy, where the swimming pool staff were extremely respectful, courteous, and professional, creating a welcoming experience for guests.We strongly request the management to investigate this matter seriously and take strict corrective action against such behaviour. Staff members with such poor attitude should either be properly trained or replaced with professional and guest-friendly personnel to maintain the reputation of the hotel.We expect this complaint to be addressed with the seriousness it deserves and request an appropriate response following your investigation.
Ac is bot working after multiple complaints nothing changed. No oom service pathetic. Room dining pathetic . Breakfast not up to the mark. DONT WASTE UR MONEY AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL
