Stayed there for 2 days, had booked for one day first then i liked it so continued for another day.. Good hotel good vibes and best thing is near to MGR Chennai Central Station and Metro too.. Very Convinient too..

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth

I had booked a Suite Room at Esakki Empire Hotel, mainly because the room description mentioned a bathtub and a round-shaped bed. Unfortunately, the actual experience was far below expectations.From the outside, the hotel appears very clean and well-maintained, but once you enter the room, the condition is completely different. The room was poorly maintained, and the bathtub was broken and unusable. It could not hold water properly, which made one of the main features advertised with the suite practically useless.The AC cooling was also not up to the mark, making the stay uncomfortable. Only one water bottle was provided, and even an additional bottle was not provided despite requesting it.The surrounding area and overall ambience also did not give the premium experience expected from a 5,000 stay.Overall, this was a very disappointing and overpriced stay. The hotel may look impressive from the outside, but the room quality and maintenance do not match the expectations created by the booking description.5,000 for this experience was definitely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel unless the management seriously improves room maintenance and ensures that the facilities advertised are actually functional.
