The initial check-in experience was decent—we were offered tea and assisted with luggage. However, after check-in, the service noticeably declined, and at times it felt like there was partiality in how guests were treated.During our stay, the service was disappointing. There was no staff available near the restaurant, and we had to look for someone just to place an order. Despite only two tables being occupied, we waited nearly 15 minutes to get attention.This stay was for my wife’s birthday, and we were carrying four bags of luggage. At checkout, no one assisted us even after waiting around 10 minutes. What should have been a memorable day turned frustrating, especially since I stretched my budget (nearly 10,000 for one night) to make it special.I had informed the hotel in advance about a complimentary birthday cake. While I understand I didn’t give final confirmation via chat, I raised the request again at reception. I had to repeat it multiple times, with several follow-up calls, only to receive unclear responses. It felt unnecessarily difficult for a simple request.At checkout, staff were quick to call and confirm timing but showed no interest in helping with luggage. There also seemed to be a difference in how guests were treated—those arriving by car appeared to receive more attention.Overall, the experience was not worth the price.Anyway location is good. I hope the management improves consistency in service and treats all guests equally.
