Our story at Storii was very pleasant and peaceful.Throughout our stay at the Storii, it was very pleasant and peaceful. One of the best properties in North Goa, surrounded by lush green landscape on all sides.The vertical property and its maze-like structure make it even more fun to explore, and the staff are super friendly.One major advantage of staying at the property is the check-in procedure. It is almost completely done before we reach the property. Only our IDs are verified, and the keys are handed over within a few minutes of entering the property. The same applies while checking out’our bill is kept ready and only needs our verification and payment. Unlike many other hotels where we generally need to wait for 30 to 60 minutes for check-in and check-out, Storii makes the entire process smooth and hassle-free.The pool is kid-friendly and very well maintained. Rooms are kept very clean, and the in-room facilities make the property a family-friendly hotel.The property is also very family-friendly, with no loud music being played anywhere on the premises. There are plenty of spaces for families and groups to spend quality time together. The common indoor play areas are well maintained, where guests can either enjoy the property's games or bring along their own indoor games and spend time in the various family seating areas across the property. This is a very decent family hotel, perfectly suited for those who love a peaceful and relaxing stay.When you visit the restaurant, do order the must-try tandoori items, which are made fresh in the live kitchen for dinner. That was one of my best tandoori food experiences ever.The staff's willingness to help adds another advantage to staying at the property. Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Storii North Goa. WOW - That was my entire experience at Storii by ITC. Outstanding service, super polite and welcoming. I've been to many 5 star hotels, but I haven't had a better experience. Kudos to the team. There is a strange kind of magic in finding a place that slows you down before you even realise you need it. That is exactly what Storii Shanti Morada Goa felt like to us. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like walking into a story that had been waiting quietly for our arrival.Every corner carried character. Walls filled with art, vintage handcrafted pieces collected with care over years, warm lights resting on old wooden textures, and little details that made you pause and look twice. It was the kind of place where you naturally slowed your pace just to take it all in.Our room felt intimate, artistic, and thoughtfully designed, with a charm that made it feel truly unique. The bathtub quickly became one of my favourite parts of the stay, while evenings at the jacuzzi bar felt wonderfully unhurried, with soft music and an atmosphere that invited you to simply be truly present.What stood out even more was the service. It was warm, genuine, and full of thoughtful touches. One night, we returned to find soaked almonds placed beside our bed. Such a small gesture, yet it perfectly captured the care with which the team looked after us throughout our stay.What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the people. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. And a very special thank you to Arpit, the manager, who made our special day even more meaningful with his warmth, attention, and kindness. Long after leaving, what stays with me is not just the beauty of the property, but the feeling it gave us. Can't wait to be back here.

Stayed here for 3 nights in May 2026.Back story, I had left my wallet in Australia (stupid, I know) and the manager was good enough to allow me to tap my phone several times to draw physical cash. Given the accounting for this is difficult and does cause the hotel problems, they were good enough to do it for me. I'd have been royally screwed without it.The food is absolutely superb, ate all thr local Goan dishes: vindaloo, goan chorizo, xacutti- all of it fantastic.The sambar served with the breakfast was the best I'd had.Location is ideal for exploring north goa but the area the hotel is in, is nice and quiet.The hotel has a lovely pool area and the rooms are spacious.Not sure when I'll be back in North Goa but would 100% stay here again if I was.Thank you again to the staff who helped me out of what was a difficult situation :D
