1/5 – Extremely Disappointing StayOne of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible—rooms were dirty, bathrooms were unhygienic, and the overall maintenance was unacceptable. The ambience was equally poor, making the stay very uncomfortable.Cockroach’s are roaming in the room. Floor is having lot of dust and extrem smell of bad in the room. Refrigerator is old scrap one which is for only show . Not working moreover getting smell from that What made the experience even worse was the staff behavior. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for guest comfort. Basic hospitality was completely missing.To top it off, the hotel did not even provide drinking water, which is a basic necessity for guests. For the price charged, the service and facilities were far below acceptable standards.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise travelers to look for other options.
