One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Absolutely not recommended.I booked Hotel MoonLit, Sector 121, Noida through OYO, expecting a basic and hassle-free stay. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different.The biggest issue was the unexpected and inconsistent additional charges. Before arriving, I was clearly informed by the hotel representative that early check-in would cost 100 per hour. However, when I actually arrived around 9 AM, I was suddenly told that paying 500 was mandatory for early check-in. This was completely different from what had been communicated to me earlier.Things got even worse in the evening when a friend came to visit me. I was again charged 400, with the staff saying that visitors were not allowed. What was particularly disappointing was the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the lady at the reception. I was polite throughout the conversation, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable.The overall stay was also far from satisfactory. The room, facilities, accommodation and management were poorly handled, and there was a complete lack of professionalism from the staff.What makes the experience even more frustrating is that I had originally booked the room for approximately 700, but by the end of the stay, I ended up paying around 1,500 because of these additional charges.If these charges are applicable, they should be clearly communicated at the time of booking or before check-in, rather than being imposed after the guest has already arrived.I am genuinely disappointed because I did not expect this kind of experience from an OYO-listed property.I strongly recommend that people confirm every additional charge with the hotel before checking in. Based on my experience, I would personally never choose this hotel again.Poor transparency. Poor staff behaviour. Poor management. Definitely not worth the money.
