Location is near the temple & they have the shuttle service to temple. Breakfast was good with sufficient options.few minor bugs need attention like AC cooling.other than enjoyed the stay.staff was helpful.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was untrained, unprofessional, and discourteous. Basic standards of cleanliness were lacking, and the hotel felt more like a crowded railway station than a premium hospitality establishment.Upon check-in, I faced issues with both the room lighting and the television. Nearly an hour was wasted attempting to get these problems resolved. Despite requesting a room change immediately, I had to wait almost three hours and make several follow-up requests before an alternate room was finally allotted.To make matters worse, the staff did not assist with shifting my luggage despite multiple requests, nor did anyone take ownership of the issue or follow up. The bathrooms were also unhygienic, with unclean toilets, reflecting a complete disregard for basic housekeeping standards.What was meant to be a comfortable two-day stay turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far below expected hospitality standards.
