Thanks to the entire Citi Residency, Recol Park team. The hotel's inviting atmosphere, cleanliness, and the friendly attitude of all staff—including Housekeeping, Reception, and other support members—made my stay very enjoyable and memorable. I want to thank Mr. Sabyasachi for his consistent help over the past 5 years during each visit, like a big brother. At reception, Mr. Snehadeep is excellent along with Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Gopi. The warm welcome from Ms. Pritee and Ms. Moutithi is wonderful. I especially want to commend Ms. Kajal Kumari from the GRE team, who always greeted me with a warm smile, communicated very professionally, and was ready to help with any questions or requests throughout my stay.

Frustrating Billing Issue

We reserved the room via WhatsApp confirmation from the hotel sales representative, who stated the rate was Rs. 2600+GST, but the invoice showed Rs. 4000/- with an incorrect guest name. After getting the bill, we asked the receptionist to correct it, but they refused. We then tried calling the sales representative, Mr. Sabyasachi, for 7 days after the invoice date, but he did not answer. We even visited the hotel in person to fix the bill, but it still hasn't been corrected.
