The room did not match the website images and was not up to expectations.

Rooms are quiet and tidy

The experience was disappointing; the food was served separately rather than all at once, so you ended up waiting and watching. The pool was covered in algae, and when I asked about it, I was told it needed maintenance, but there was no prior notice.

I had an excellent experience staying at this property. The location is amazing, and the property is exceptionally well maintained compared to many other hotels in the city. The cleanliness, ambiance, and overall upkeep really stood out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. That said, I do have a couple of suggestions that I hope the management takes into consideration. The swimming pool needs better maintenance, especially the filtration system. I stayed here for 7’8 days, and during my entire stay I noticed that the pool filtration system was running only on a few days. Because of this, dust and fine particles were visible in the water. My family and kids used the pool almost every day, so this was quite noticeable. Although the staff cleaned the surface manually, a person can only remove floating debris’proper water filtration is essential to keep the pool clean and hygienic. I strongly recommend running the filtration system regularly.I also felt that the property was a bit understaffed over the weekend. While I understand weekends can be busy, room service was slower than expected, and the food arrived slightly cold on a couple of occasions. For a brand like Fern, I believe maintaining consistent service standards even during peak occupancy is important.Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay, and these suggestions are meant as constructive feedback. With a little more attention to the pool maintenance and weekend staffing, this property would easily deserve a full five-star experience. I would be happy to stay here again.

My stay at this property was wonderful. The location is fantastic, and the hotel is much better maintained than many others in the city. The cleanliness, atmosphere, and general upkeep were impressive. I would certainly suggest this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I have a few recommendations for the management to consider. The swimming pool requires improved maintenance, particularly the filtration system. During my 7–8 day stay, I noticed the filtration system operated only on some days. As a result, dust and small particles were visible in the water. My family and children used the pool nearly every day, so this was quite apparent. Although staff manually cleaned the surface, they can only remove floating debris—proper filtration is necessary to keep the pool clean and sanitary. I strongly advise running the filtration system consistently. I also felt the hotel was somewhat short-staffed on weekends. While I understand weekends are busy, room service was slower than expected, and food arrived slightly cold a couple of times. For a brand like Fern, maintaining steady service quality even during busy times is important. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much, and these points are offered as constructive feedback. With better pool maintenance and improved weekend staffing, this property could easily earn a full five-star rating. I would gladly stay here again.
