I have taken room for nearly 2 hours on the way from pathankot to bir. It was quite nice experience. Rooms was as per our expectations with all basic amenities and restaurant service. Although we didn't use restaurant service but we satisfy we the service.

Staff with no ethics and no management. Literally dont know how to talk to their clients.No courtesy while receiving or leaving.Rooms were pathetic. Even after saying they didn’t take any action. Bedsheets were stained and blankets too. Food was okay. Behaviour was not good.
