I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay at The Nature Residency. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this resort offers a calm and scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and everything feels thoughtfully taken care of. The food was also tasty and satisfying.The staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant.If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay around Leh with beautiful surroundings, Nature Residency is a great choice!

Poor Hospitality Experience

Disappointing Experience ’ Not Worth the HassleWe had booked this place for a 2-night stay, and while the rooms and location were decent, everything else was quite a letdown.Food:The breakfast experience was especially poor. It’s advertised as being available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, but on Day 1 it was only served after 9:30. On Day 2, there was no breakfast ready at all ’ the staff reluctantly made a few items we requested, and except for bread and jam, nothing was remotely tasty.Hot Water:There are fixed timings for hot water (5’10 AM & PM), but even within that window, it wasn’t reliable. On Day 1, we had to request multiple times, and it was finally turned on only around 8 AM ’ and even then, it was barely warm. On Day 2, despite repeated requests, we didn’t get hot water at all.Cleanliness:The washroom in Room 105 had not been cleaned properly ’ the bin was full and clearly hadn’t been emptied before our arrival.Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience. People travel from far distances and expect at least basic amenities to be in place. I sincerely request the management to take punctuality and cleanliness seriously ’ guests deserve better.
