The Red Velvet Hotel

We had a short stay at red velvet hotel which was very good with respect to food cleanliness and hospitality. Only the room ac was not working in the morning but apart from that everything was nice and I recommened this hotel to everyone.

We had organised a birthday party in their restaurant. But unfortunately they managed to ruin everything. Firstly they didn’t provide the staff for service to guests. Then upon complaining, they started behaving ignorant in a way that they have handed over the premises and food to the guests and rest is upon the guests only. They are very poor in service and the staff is also very ill-mannered. I would like to mention the hotel manager, Sanjay, who is specifically rude. Please avoid this hotel for any bookings if you want a decent experience.

We stayed at the hotel for one night as part of our trip with Kesari Tours. The rooms allotted to our group were of different sizes’some members received quite spacious rooms, while ours was of a decent size. The room and bathroom were neat and clean.However, we faced an issue with hot water in the bathroom. Despite informing the staff multiple times, it took four to five calls and about half an hour before they arranged a bucket of hot water. The service overall felt quite slow.The food served was very oily. I personally didn't like the food at all. The location is near airport around 20 to 25 minutes by bus.

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff, specially Rajni, Ashish and Pritam on front desk made me feel welcomed and valued. They are very helpful..The room were beautifully designed, and comfortable. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The location was also ok. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service."

I checked in on 28th December 25 and stayed in Room No. 306. The hotel is well located, with good food and a comfortable overall experience. The staff were friendly, supportive, and courteous throughout my stay.I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Payal at the front desk, who was well-mannered, professional, and very helpful. The housekeeping team was also extremely supportive, and the restaurant staff were polite and attentive.Overall, it is a good hotel with a good location and service standards. However, the bathroom requires improvement, as it gives the impression of an older, less-maintained property.With some upgrades in this area, the hotel can further enhance the guest experience.
