The Serenity Resort

Serenity Resort truly lives up to its name, offering a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by nature in an atmosphere of complete calm. Every moment of our stay was pure bliss. Special thanks to Shrin (apologies if the name is misspelled) at the front desk, who reassured us and gave us confidence to travel despite the social media panic about landslides. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained nearby sightseeing spots, timings, activities, and approximate costs, which made planning our trip easy. The restaurant team—Abinandan, Archana, and Kavya—offered exceptional hospitality, taking our orders and serving with smiles, always courteous and attentive, making every meal a pleasure. A special shoutout to Chef Arya for preparing one of the best biryanis we've ever tasted; it was delicious and truly unique! Also, thanks to the room service staff. The housekeeping and security teams were consistently attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring our comfort. Overall, the entire experience went beyond our expectations. Every team member helped make our holiday unforgettable. I wholeheartedly give 5 stars to the resort and its amazing staff. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. We look forward to returning!

This place was okay, but there was no driver in the restroom, and the bathrooms were not good with no hot water. Also, the parking is very small and far from the toilet rooms. Overall, the driver was very unhelpful, making it uncomfortable to stay there.

A wonderful, comfortable, and peaceful escape from urban life. Banasura hills and waterfall are essential spots to see and can be reached on foot. Prepare for a deep sleep with the sound of water and crickets surrounding you. The location also provides excellent spa packages for complete wellness.

I am rating 4 stars to leave room for improvement, particularly in the variety offered at the breakfast buffet. Otherwise, The Serenity Resort is a lovely place nestled in nature, located near Meenmutty Waterfalls and Banasura Dam. The staff are professional and polite. Facilities like the swimming pool are well kept. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to escape city chaos and enjoy some tranquil time in nature.
