Pathetic expirence, if u are planning to stay here just read this.I book Shahanshahi resort for 2 days there were ants all over the room.My todler had several ant bites. Even after saying to clean d room at 11 am they send room cleaning service at 5 pm.infact after this much chaos they gave us very small room,which was half of price of which we book earlier n In which toilet was not functing wel.Don't ever visit this place if u want a peaceful and happy stay . My toddler was so restless n could not settle down after ant bites, and Manger AKSHITA said very rudely if u have problem do not bring ur kids along with u.This is wt u get after booking a superior room.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your resort. While your property is undoubtedly beautiful, our experience with your hospitality and service was highly disappointing.We arrived at the resort at 10:00 AM. We had five young children with us, and we were walking around in the rain, yet no one from your staff offered us a glass of water or a welcome drink. We were left waiting without any basic hospitality.When I brought this to the attention of your executive, I was shocked by their response. They casually informed me, "If you arrive at 12:00 PM, only then will you get a welcome drink. Since you arrived at 11:00 AM, you won't get it." This is completely unacceptable. Basic courtesy, like offering water to guests’especially those travelling with kids’should not be bound by strict check-in timings.To make matters worse, there was no drinking water available in our room either; we had to explicitly ask for it to be delivered.Offering water is a fundamental aspect of standard hospitality. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and train your staff to improve their service standards so future guests do not face such a poor experience.

The resort is in a very nice location and the property itself is quite pleasant. The wedding arrangements were also done well, which made the celebrations enjoyable.During our short two-day stay, we felt the service could be a little more attentive. Basic things like water refills, housekeeping and room supplies had to be requested from reception, and the Wi-Fi unfortunately didn’t connect during our stay.Overall, it’s a good place with a great location and setup, but slightly more proactive service would make the experience even better, especially considering the pricing.

Had an amazing time at Shahanshahi Resort! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the city noise. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was comfortable for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained.Highly recommend visiting Shahanshahi Resort if you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay at your resort. The staff was truly awesome and very polite, the ambience was nice, the food was good, and the environment was clean ’ all of which made the experience very pleasant.During this visit, the gym was under renovation and the jungle walk was closed due to rain, so I couldn’t use those facilities. I believe that on another visit, when these are available, the stay would be even more enjoyable.Overall, I appreciate the efforts of your team and look forward to coming back again.
