Our stay at Hotel Subham Beach was one of the worst hotel experiences ever but the location was the best but not the property. From the moment we checked in, things started going downhill.First, the food was excessively spicy, filled with so much chilli that it made it hard to even breathe properly in the room after eating. Not just uncomfortable’it was inedible.The room itself was in a terrible state’damp walls, a foul smell, and stains from cigarettes and pan spit all over. It looked unclean and unhygienic. Staying in that room was genuinely unpleasant and unhealthy.We were promised morning tea and breakfast, and we even confirmed it twice the night before. Both times they assured us it would be available in the morning. But when morning came, there was nothing available. When we reminded them about what they promised, the staff responded very rudely and acted like we were bothering them.Overall, this hotel is a mess. Dirty rooms, horrible food, false promises, and extremely rude staff. I strongly recommend not staying at Hotel Subham Beach under any circumstances. Total disappointment and complete waste of money.
