इस होटल में बहुत खराब अनुभव रहा। हमने डेढ़ महीने पहले बुकिंग की थी और पूरा पैसा भी चुका दिया था, लेकिन जब हम वहां पहुंचे तो कहा गया कि रूम उपलब्ध नहीं है। हमें दूसरी होटल में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया। हम पहले ही बहुत थके हुए थे। इस होटल में बिल्कुल नहीं जाना चाहिए। इतनी परेशानी देने के बाद भी एक बार भी माफी नहीं मांगी। बहुत ही गैर-पेशेवर। बुरा अनुभव।

Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. I booked a room for myself and my family about a month and a half before our planned trip. On the day we were to arrive in Ayodhya, I contacted the owner (likely Mr. Ansh Mishra) multiple times to confirm, and he assured me the stay would be comfortable. However, upon arrival, the receptionist told me no room was available and that the owner was absent. We were kept waiting for about an hour with no assistance. From the start, it was obvious the staff and management did not care about guests. The staff behaved unprofessionally, using offensive language and insults, showing arrogance and disrespect. My reserved room was not available, and I was told to move to a lower-quality alternative that did not justify the price I paid. The owner avoided calls and preferred communication through staff. When I expressed my unhappiness, I was threatened, worsening the terrible experience. Check Google reviews before booking; many customers share similar complaints. They falsely claim they informed us the rooms were sold out, but we had confirmed bookings through travel sites like Goibibo and MakeMyTrip. I strongly advise against booking here to avoid severe emotional and financial distress.
