Great resort. Service is also very good, and staff is also very respectful. Manager Vijay ji in particular was very helpful.We had a dog with us and they arranged bed for the pet as well.Nice trails to walk on nearby.

We visited with our family, and everyone had a wonderful time. The entire experience was enjoyable and memorable.A special thanks to Ms. Muskan for her warm welcome, exceptional courtesy, and hospitality throughout our stay. She made us feel truly valued.We would also like to thank Mr. Vijay for ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out process.Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Our stay at this resort was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the amount we paid. The biggest concern was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. We found spiders not only in the bathroom but also on the bed. Traveling with an infant made this especially alarming, as it raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. No guest should have to worry about such issues, let alone families with young children.The food was another major letdown. The taste was below average, and the buffet menu was virtually the same on two consecutive nights, offering little variety despite the premium pricing.Overall, the resort failed to meet even basic expectations. Poor cleanliness, safety concerns, uninspiring food, and a complete lack of value for money made this a frustrating experience. We chose this property expecting a comfortable and quality stay, but unfortunately, it delivered the opposite. I would not recommend this resort, especially to families traveling with children.

The photographs online and the reality of this resort are two completely different things.We booked multiple rooms expecting a comfortable family getaway and instead walked into dusty, poorly maintained rooms that raised serious questions about how often housekeeping and pest control are actually carried out. Cleanliness should be the absolute minimum standard for any hotel, especially one charging premium rates, yet that standard was nowhere to be seen.The food package turned out to be another disappointment. Both lunch and dinner felt more like an obligation than a meal. Bland, low-quality food and very limited service made us regret choosing the package almost immediately.What annoyed us most was the pricing. This property charges as if it is a premium resort, but the experience feels closer to a budget accommodation. The gap between what is promised and what is delivered is enormous.The swimming pool was probably the only decent facility on the property. Even then, guests should bring their own swimming costumes because the prices charged for basic swimwear are unreasonable.The saddest part is that there are better-maintained properties nearby offering cleaner rooms, better hospitality, and similar or lower rates.If you are travelling with family, especially children, do your research before booking. We trusted the ratings and promotional photos and ended up regretting the decision.For us, this was not a holiday stay’it was an expensive lesson.

Great resort, rooms are also very nice, food is incredible, staff here is very kind and helpful, views of the rooms is incredible the cottages are also very comfortable. I went here with my mother and father and the experience was great. But I would recommend only come when you have a group of at least 5 people or come here with your friends and all.
