Reception staff was very rude, given online support number did not support properly, I want to stay for one day, but I booked it for two days, I paid one day charges in advance, but reception did not allow to me before paying two days payment. There was not working ac, gyger, no warm water cattle, dustbin, parking space missing, no food order facility, no intercom or landline to call reception, or food.
I had booked The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven, Dwarka through Agoda for the period 27th March to 29th March, expecting a comfortable and reliable stay. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be highly frustrating and completely unacceptable.🔴 The hotel has no restaurant facility, yet the booking included breakfast charges, which I paid for.🔴 I booked a Deluxe Room, but there is no such category available at the property — all rooms are identical.🔴 The room conditions were extremely poor — zero ventilation and non-functional AC, making the stay very uncomfortable.🔴 To make matters worse, there was a cockroach inside the room. When I raised a complaint, the staff denied it instead of resolving the issue — I had to take photographs as proof.On top of this, the staff behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. Even for a basic request like cleaning a baby bottle with warm water, they refused, stating it was not their responsibility. This reflects a serious lack of basic hospitality and customer care.There is also no proper parking facility, and guests are forced to arrange parking elsewhere, which is highly inconvenient.Due to these unacceptable conditions, I had no choice but to vacate the hotel on 27th March around 10 PM and arrange an alternative stay at my own expense. Despite this, the hotel has refused to refund my money, which is completely unfair.This experience raises serious concerns about how such properties are listed on trusted platforms like Agoda. As customers, we expect verified listings, transparency, and minimum service standards — none of which were met here.I strongly urge Agoda to:✔️ Take strict action against such misleading listings✔️ Ensure proper verification of hotel facilities and services✔️ Process a full refund at the earliestThis has been one of the worst hospitality experiences, especially while traveling with family. I request Agoda to take this matter seriously and resolve it on priority.
